Thank you for expressing interest in assisting with the Hershey Half Marathon benefiting Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). We are seeking volunteers to fill the positions listed below. Please specify your preferred area to assist. (Please note: we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, however, we may need to place you where the need is greatest.) All volunteers will receive: One admission to Hersheypark In The Dark, a Volunteer T-Shirt, and light refreshments.

Hershey Half Marathon Volunteer Options:
Saturday, October 15th
Assist with pre-race packet pick-up at the Hersheypark Stadium. Various shifts are available beginning at 9:30 AM through 6:30 PM.
Sunday October 16th
Welcome race participants at the Check-In and Start Line. From 5:00 AM until 8:30 AM you will greet racers at the Hersheypark Stadium, get participants checked-in and started on their route.
Assist at an Aid Station. Make sure racers are staying hydrated, provide snacks, and route assistance.
Cheer on the racers as they cross the Finish Line at the Hersheypark Stadium from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Provide snacks and water. Hand out medals to all finishers.
To ensure safety and organization at this event, each volunteer must be able to attend a volunteer orientation/training session. Thank you in advance for your willingness to help!
